NJB has blossomed into a national youth league with over 35,000 participants in 4 states. To implant the game elements of safety, sanity, and intelligent supervision; and to keep the welfare of the player first, foremost. TO PROMOTE TEAMWORK, SPORTSMANSHIP AND PLAYER DEVELOPMENT FOR YOUTH GRADES 1-8 THROUGH BASKETBALL, STRESSING FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS AND PERSONAL GROWTH.
