WOW is a 501(c) (3) not for profit organization committed to helping adults with developmental disABILTIES and making Miami a more inclusive community 💚 The WOW Center is committed to empowering individuals with disabilities. The mission of The WOW Center (WOW) is to improve the lives of individuals with developmental disABILITIES by providing specialized training, activities, and experiences that empower them. WOW is focused on helping individuals become independent, active, employed, and socially responsible members of the community. WOW provides life and work skills training, art program, fitness classes, daily field trips out into the community, and a music therapy program, and much more. All activities are designed to reinforce pre-selected goals chosen by the individuals and increase their independence and understanding of their role within the community.
