MARIANS DREAM PHILANTHROPY FOR ANIMAL ADVOCATES INC
Our mission is to develop effective leaders in animal advocacy and assist them with helping animals, to help people reduce their numbers through public/private partnerships and currently to raise the status of cats. We work to convince veterinarians to reduce the minimum age they alter cats and dogs in order to avoid unwanted litters and reduce their numbers.
