River City Youth Ops — formerly Project Hope Spokane — creates opportunities for youth enrichment in their neighborhoods through community engagement, job training, and education. Project Hope Spokane support youth wellness through food access, resource stewardship, and community exchange. Our work is currently concentrated in the West Central neighborhood of Spokane, WA. While we work with youth, volunteers, and partners from other parts of our region and its food system, we focus our resources within the West Central neighborhood.
