The Learning Alliance helps children read. We’re working toward the Moonshot Goal of 90% of Indian River students reading on grade-level by the end of 3rd-grade. The mission of The Learning Alliance is to transform our community’s future and become a model for the nation by cultivating a culture where 90% of children read on grade level by the end of third grade.

The Learning Alliance is the nonprofit organization behind our communitys Moonshot Goal. We work toward our Goal of at least 90 of SDIRC students reading on grade level by the end of 3rd grade by leading programs in four areas family partnership inschool coaching and training afterschool and summer tutoring and community engagement.
