Dear Bear Valley Springs Residents, At this time, we wanted to give you and update on the Mulligan Room Hood System/ Fire Suppression installation. Since closing the Mulligan Room, the new hood system has been installed. The carpet has been replaced and the Mulligan Room has been re-painted. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen issues this past week with the control panel that operates the hood system, final inspections of the project have been delayed. We have corrected the issues over the weekend and are hoping to have the inspections completed no later than Thursday. Based on these unforeseen delays, the Mulligan Room will remain closed this week until we can have everything approved by the Kern County inspectors. Once the inspection and approvals are completed, we will need one full day of restaurant closures to put the Mulligan Room back together so we can re-open. I will send out an update in the next few days as things progress and we hope to have the Mulligan Room open as soon as possible. I want to thank everyone for supporting the closure of the Mulligan Room. We are very excited about the improvements and will keep you posted as things progress this week.
