LEARN Science and Math Club
LEARN Science & Math Club (LEARN) provides STEM enrichment programs for kids ages 5 to 21. These programs include Geeks for Kids & Invent for Good in which we design & build mobility solutions for kids with movement limitations. Since 2004, LEARN has provided hands-on, discovery-based STEM enrichment programs for kids. Our flagship programs, Geeks for Kids and Invent for Good, bring together professional technologists with kids in middle school through college to build custom, electric cars and other assistive devices that get kids with movement limitations racing. Over the last 4 years, we have deliver cars to 207kids, empowering them to explore, learn and grow independently. This year, we hope to serve 70+ more. Through these programs, we strive: to give kids with movement limitations the freedom to experience their world; to help them explore, learn and grow; to empower older kids to invent and build real, life-changing solutions; and, to bring the community together to do good things for kids.
