Meet Leo – A Gentle Soul Searching for a Second Chance Leo was originally adopted in 2022 alongside his bonded brother, Willie, after being rescued during a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) project. As a kitten, Leo was shy and fearful, but thanks to the dedication of several patient socializers, he slowly began to come out of his shell and was eventually adopted. His rescuer remained in close contact over the years—thankfully.

Freddy Mercury sure is a Star He is waiting patiently to be discovered by his forever family Freddy Mercury was rescued from an auto body shop where he just showed up one day A worker from the autobody shop was underneath a car fixing it, and Freddy climbed onto him and laid in his lap He is so lovable & friendly that his finder recognized that he did not belong outdoors and contacted us for help He is currently enjoying his new life indoors in his finders home, where he is experiencing so much love Freddy is approximately 8 1/2 to 9 months old He is super cute and has the most amazing green eyes Freddy’s Foster mom tells us that Freddy loves people, he’s very curious and loves to run around and play with toys He also loves to sit and show his belly Freddy loves to lay in his Foster‘s arms or on her lap and gives her kisses He is a cuddly cat Freddy is amazing & loves everyone he meets except for cats He chased the colony cats that live near the autobody shop and once he was taken into foster care, he chased the resident cats in the home too We suggest that he be an only cat in a home Freddy Mercury would make someone very happy Watch some of his videos in the comment section of this post He is neutered, microchipped , up-to-date on all vaccinations and FIV/FELV negative If anyone would like to meet this amazing boy & adopt him please fill out an application online : https://www. statenislandhopeanimalrescue. org/applications.
