Through educational programs within the setting of a diversified, artisanal, working farm, Moon in the Pond/ Farm Education Inc. works with individuals, families, communities and environmental, educational and cultural institutions to teach the value and cultural necessity of sustainable farming and vital rural agricultural communities. Moon in the Pond/ Farm Education Inc. draws on traditional and modern knowledge to teach the skills and techniques of sustainable local food production.
