✨On this Thankful Thursday, we shine a light on the Lazare & Charlotte Kaplan Foundation✨ Established through the generosity of Lazare Kaplan, one of the world’s most renowned diamond merchants who had a second home in Sullivan County, this fund supports charitable grants and educational scholarships that improve the lives of youth in the Town of Rockland. For more than three decades, this foundation has distributed scholarships to countless students and grants for engaging and valuable community events.
