🌟 NEW THIS YEAR: We're taking RIAD weekend to the next level! No more Saturday morning scramble- just roll out of your tent and into the action! The RRGCC is inviting competitors to camp in the MFRP and PMRP lots this year on Friday night! We just have a few camping guidelines 👇🏼 ⛺ RRGCC will allow RIAD competitors to park overnight and camp in designated parking lots and nearby areas Friday night before the competition (April 11th, 2025). 🌿 Miller Fork and Motherlode parking lots only. 🔦 Competitors can set up after 7PM on Friday and MUST have all camping equipment packed up and stowed in a vehicle before leaving to climb Saturday morning. 🏕 Tents cannot be within 200 feet of a trail, stream, or climbing area. Vehicles and tents cannot be near any oil equipment. 🥾 Follow “Leave No Trace” practices. Please remove all waste and carry out human waste or use a pit toilet. 🐾 All pets must be leashed. 🔥 No campfires allowed. 👋🏼 RRGCC will have volunteers at the parking lots for the evening if any questions arise. But first, a few notes from the coalition: 👉🏼 Please be sure to sign the RRGCC property waiver, route developer MOU, and seek mentorship from an experienced developer if you don't have prior experience before developing on our properties. 👉🏼 Vehicles compromise the fragile landscape and ecosystem of these new properties and are prohibited outside of parking areas on our property.
