This is a an edit, because is was said that the original version was too inside. We do not want that, we want you to take a chance and this. It is neat. In the original post we had an anecdote with a mention of an interesting article about some of the history of round particle accelerators that was presumed lost (actually because of recent events it was lamented as having been more than just lost) but was actually just misplaced. That paper, as some people may know but others may not, has a direct link to the Space Studies Institute because our founder, Dr. Gerard K. O'Neill, was the O'Neill behind the Storage Ring technologies that make round particle accelerators work.
