At 1854hrs Station 209 was dispatched for a car on fire in a barn. 209 deputy arrived and confirmed a working fire in a barn. 209 deputy requested to 209 truck operate as an engine and stretch to get a knock on the fire before it was able to spread to the barn. 209 truck arrived and stretched and 1.75" line and got knock of the fire. 215 squad arrived and picked up the plug and laid 900 ft of supply line to 209 truck. Due to the quick knock on the fire from staffed fire departments the 900 ft of supply line remained dry and the fire was extinguished using about 2000 gallons of tank water.
