Connecticut Appleseed – Connecticut Appleseed
Our mission is to develop solutions for the causes, rather than the symptoms of our state's social problems. We deploy volunteer lawyers and other professionals to drive systemic and structural changes through legal and legislative advocacy, negotiation, education and other initiatives. We mobilize these pro bono professionals to improve public access to education, healthcare and financial services.

About the organization

We are excited to announce the relaunching of the Connecticut Appleseed Center for Law and Justice CT Appleseed renewing our work for racial social economic and political justice in the state. Consistent with our history and mission CT Appleseed will continue to focus on systemic change and structural solutions through collaborative partnerships across the Appleseed Network and the dedicated efforts of local pro bono lawyers and other professionals. Building on this history we are undertaking a process of defining a new agenda of initiatives through stakeholder engagement and strategic collaborations to address pressing issues of injustice.
