'Community Media of South Central PA' is a Non-Profit Community Media Group founded in 1988. Community Media of South Central PA was founded as Adams Community Television (ACTV) in 1988. Community Media of South Central PA (CM) enhances and improves the well-being and health of our community by providing area residents, governments, organizations and institutions access to innovative digital technologies that engage, inform, educate and connect them to their community.

From March 131 donations made by community members to these local nonprofits will be matched up to 150000 by the Partnership for Better Health with support from WellSpan Health and The MT Charitable Foundation.
