THE FOUNDATION WAS FORMED TO ENCOURAGE, RECEIVE, AND ADMINISTER GIFTS AND BEQUESTS FOR THE SUPPORT AND BENEFIT OF UMPQUA COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND ITS STUDENTS. THE FOUNDATION RAISES AND DONATES FUNDS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS, FACILITIES ENHANCEMENT AND OTHER PROGRAM SUPPORT.
