The Foundations Bylaws were approved by its Board of Directors on March 10 2003. The Foundation applied for and received an advance ruling as exempt from Federal income tax under section 501a as a 501c3 organization from the Internal Revenue Service on April 24 2003 retroactive to its date of incorporation.
