It's been active around the LEAP Hub in the West End! Last week, LEAP Hosted the Roanoke Plawkers and West End Community Dinners for a West End PLAWK and West End Community Dinner, supplied by Roanoke Co+op. Huge thanks to all who came to help keep our neighborhood litter-free, provide a delicious meal for all to enjoy, and for visiting the LEAP Community Store! It’s raining, but we’ll be here! West End Farmers Market is TODAY from 3pm–6pm at the LEAP Hub, rain or shine. Come get your fresh fruits and veggies, eggs, plants, meat, and more. Open to everyone, all kids ages 2-17 get $5 for fruits and veggies every week. Customers with SNAP, WIC, and Medicaid double your food dollars when you buy fruits and vegetables. Visit the market manager to learn more.
