Bridging Cultures in North Mississippi, El Centro El Centro El Centro Tupelo Bridging Cultures in North Mississippi El Centro helps Hispanics and Northeast Mississippi residents integrate into the local community. We provide services such as afterschool tutoring adult English classes and workshops on a variety of topics relevant to the community. We had another successful computer class El Centro. Our next class will be in 2 weeks.
