Faith In Action Kern County (FIA) is a faith-based community organizing proiect committed to developing and connecting leaders in local neighborhoods and congregations who are passionate about their community, and to equip them with the necessary skills to build communities that are safe, healthy, and full of opportunities for all who live in them. We accomplish this by: identifying and training leaders; holding educational forums and public assemblies.
