The mission of the Grand Forks Community Land Trust is to create and maintain a permanent supply of affordably priced, owner-occupied and rental housing in Grand Forks and Grand Forks County, North Dakota; and to coordinate an on-going strategy to assist the households purchasing these homes to become successful homeowners.
