Jefferson Community Center and Park The Westside Community Improvement Association Inc. a nonprofit 501c3 Public Charity supports and facilitates programs to combat urban blight and revitalize neighborhoods by increasing recreational educational and vocational opportunities where they are either lacking altogether or insufficient to the needs of the community. The Associations activities are dedicated to fostering a sense of working together for the benefit of the greater Eureka community. Together we create Jefferson.
