Since its founding in 1969, the Community Center has served the four villages of the San Geronimo Valley Woodacre, San Geronimo, Forest Knolls and Lagunitas and Nicasio, and the surrounding communities in western Marin County. The Center has become a focal point for programs in the arts, youth programming and human services, as well as community events and activities.

The San Geronimo Valley Community Center proudly presents the art of Karen Koenig in the Maurice Del Mue Galleries of the Community Center from July 7-31st. There will be a reception for the artist on Sunday July 13th from 4-7 pm. Karen Koenig discovered her interest in watercolor in Marty Meade’s class at San Geronimo Valley Community Center.
