Home Page - Colonel John Mitchell Chapter, NSDAR Welcome to our Chapter Welcome to the website of the Colonel John Mitchell Chapter National Society Daughters of the American Revolution NSDAR or DAR located in Anchorage Alaska. We support the NSDAR objectives of historic preservation education and patriotism through our participation in naturalization ceremonies throughout the year an awards ceremony in March with emphasis on local student achievements support new activeduty mothers with newborn gift packages and celebrating Constitution Day on September 17. Please enjoy your visit to these pages as you explore who we are what we do and our Patriot ancestors. Unless otherwise noted our chapter meetings are the second Thursday of each month from September through June.
