We serve West and Central Harlem residents. THE ORGANIZATION WAS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE HOUSING TO INDIGENT FAMILIES. ITS PURPOSE IS TO RELIEVE CONGESTION AND OVERCROWDING IN HOUSING AMONG POOR FAMILIES, MENTALLY DISADVANTAGED PERSONS AND THE HOMELESS.
