On this Memorial Day, we want to remind you that WesleyLife Hospice and Palliative Care is a proud partner of We Honor Veterans, enabling us to provide the best end-of-life care to the veterans we serve. Through this program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, WesleyLife Hospice is able to train hospice team members and volunteers to recognize the unique needs of veterans and their families. We Honor Veterans can help guide those veterans to share their stories and purposefully and meaningfully navigate the last stages of life.
