The mission of ICPIs is to help inner city residents make their communities tranquil this will be accomplished through four dedicated programs Come Home to Family CHTF Impact Youth IY Urban Economic Networks UEN Middle Income Housing MIH Come Home to Family CHTF Come Home to Family connects single women and single men in social counsel sessions at various sites around the city.
