(MEND), founded in 1969 by nine Moorestown churches, is a private, nonprofit developer, owner and manager of affordable rental housing for households with limited financial resources. TO PROVIDE BELOW MARKET-RATE RENTAL HOUSING FOR LOW AND MODERATE INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES.

At MEND, we’re dedicated to providing affordable housing options that give senior citizens a “hand-up. ” Our communities across South Jersey allow older adults to live comfortably and securely without spending most of their income on rent.
