Our 37 members mill wheat corn oats and rye and have locations across 30 states Puerto Rico and Canada. Milling is the process of cleaning tempering and grinding cereal grains into flour one of civilizations first foods. Millers analyze the wheat and blend it to meet the requirements of the end use for common foods like pasta breakfast cereals snack foods and baked goods.
