THE AMOS PROJECT IS A MULTI-CONGREGATION, SOCIAL JUSTICE COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION THAT ORGANIZES CONGREGATIONS AROUND COMMUNITY ISSUES IMPACTING POOR AND WORKING FAMILIES. THE ORGANIZATION AFFIRMS THE VALUE AND DIGNITY OF EVERY HUMAN LIFE AND ADDRESSES CRITICAL SYSTEMATIC PROBLEMS AT THEIR ROOT CAUSES. THE ORGANIZATION IS CHALLENGED AND IMPELLED BY THE PROPHET AMOS WHO URGES "SEE THAT JUSTICE IS DONE."
