Since joining us in early 2023 as Economic Development Marketing Coordinator, Emily has consistently demonstrated her expertise and dedication. With bachelor's degrees in marketing and finance from NDSU and an MBA on the horizon (early 2026), she's perfectly positioned to lead our strategic communication efforts and elevate our organization's visibility. When she's not crafting our next campaign, you'll find Emily enjoying live music, traveling, or spending quality time with loved ones. Rachel Neff has been promoted to Director of Membership Development! Rachel joined our team in November 2023 as Membership Sales and Retention Director and has made an incredible impact in that short time. Armed with her Business Communication and Public Relations degree from the University of Mary, Rachel now oversees all membership activities and strategy while serving as our Ambassador Committee liaison. Outside the office, she loves staying active, traveling, and adventures with family, friends, and her four-legged companion.
