Zawadi Fund International supports the Children and Youth Empowerment Centre to provide basic needs, education, and economic opportunities to Kenyan youth. The CYEC provides residential and educational services for street children & youth in Kenya. It was established as a model program in 2006 to to identify and develop comprehensive solutions for street dwelling children and youth. Zawadi Fund International's mission is to support the Children and Youth Empowerment Centre, Nyeri, Kenya, to identify and develop sustainable solutions for the care and development of street dwelling children and youth and other highly vulnerable young people in Kenya.
