Safety Our First Priority All LMSS Instructors have received Red Cross FirstAidCPR training CDC Heads Up Concussion Training as well as the US Sailing Level 1 Instructor Certification. All students and staff are required to wear a PFD at all times when in and near the water. LMSS works to keep instructortostudent ratios low. At LMSS we offer a progression of classes to fit the needs of every student at any age ability or experience level.
