The Greater Newark Health Care Coalition (GNHCC) is one of four (4) Regional Health Hubs (RHHs) in New Jersey. RHHs are non-profit organizations dedicated to improving healthcare delivery and health outcomes, working in concert with consumers and stakeholders in the region. The vision of GNHCC is health equity for residents of the Greater Newark region. GNHCC’s mission is to work collaboratively to improve systems and community and individual conditions for optimal health and well-being.
