Washington Women in Theatre Washington Women in Theatre Promoting theatre and music projects from the perspective of women for 20 years OUR MISSION Washington Women in Theatre WWIT is a project of Creative Music Workshop Inc. a notforprofit school and theatre. WWIT for the past 20 years has been providing women writers and composers in the DC area the opportunity and platform to respond to the political social and historical issues of our day. Founded by Sidra Rausch and Karen Berman WWIT has attracted some of DCs most informed and insightful women artists who have cherished the opportunity to provide context and perspective to unfolding events both personal and political.
