Wave City Care is a local non profit in Hampton Roads. We’re helping our community thru Food Distribution, Tutoring, Mentoring & Addiction Recovery programs. Educating, equipping, & empowering the community one life at a time! Wave City Care (DBA for Hampton Roads Community Care) is improving the lives of individuals, providing help and healing for the release of the best in human potentia. Our goal is to educate, equip and empower our community, one life at a time. This is accomplished through multiple programs and events partnering with local schools, neighborhood civic associations, city leadership, local businesses and other non profit organizations. Focus areas include Educational Services (mentoring and tutoring), Basic Services (Food Distribution) and Health & Human Services (Addiction Recovery support groups).
