The California Housing Consortium is a non-partisan advocate for the production and preservation of housing affordable to low- and moderate-income Californians. The California Housing Consortium is the statewide "big tent" housing advocacy organization representing the developing, building, financial, and public sector united in a non-partisan effort to advance affordable housing and community development across California.

The California Housing Consortium is a nonpartisan advocate for the production and preservation of housing affordable to low and moderateincome Californians. We represent the development building financial and public sectors united in their goal that every Californian has a safe affordable place to call home. CHC leads with the solutions California needs to build more affordable homes more quickly. CHC champions budget and policy solutions that reduce homelessness and open the doors to safe affordable homes for workers and families of all backgrounds.
