We believe that it is the human right of every maturing adolescent to have complete and honest access to the medically accurate facts about HIV/AIDS prevention.  We provide free, public HIV testing (oral swab) to older teens so they understand they are at risk and need to know their status and that of partners. We strongly promote peer-led education techniques that stress volunteer outreach on the streets, in schools and through social media.  We target teens because it is most important to prevent HIV at the beginning of sexual initiation. Our educational programs were originally designed at Harvard University by our executive director.We have national headquarters in Virginia and Massachusetts. We also have trained youths in 89 countries (all six continents). Our website for teens was a pioneer on the internet (1994).
