FINANCIAL AID IS GIVEN TO SICK, AGED, DISTRESSED, OR UNDERPRIVILEGED INDIVIDUALS OF THE ADVERTISING COMMUNITY WHO ARE IN EXTREME FINANCIAL NEED DUE TO SEVERE, ACUTE, OR TERMINAL ILLNESS.
