Earlier this month, we hosted a cultural exchange with four fellows from the Japanese Women’s Leadership Initiative. Founded by Atsuko Fish, JWLI has served nearly 200 women leaders, many of whom are at the helm of nonprofit organizations and social enterprises in Japan. We were thrilled to hear about their incredible work and also share the transformations we’ve made here in Boston.
