Clarksville Citizens Police Academy Alumni
Our mission is to promote a better understanding between citizens & the Clarksville Police Department through education & building relationships within the community. We also do whatever we can to assist the officers of CPD's Community Relations Unit & Juvenile Engagement Team by fundraising to purchase items they need that are not included in the city's budget, supplies for outreach events, etc. We host 40 people in our yearly Citizens Police Academy, 30-40 teenagers in our yearly Teen Citizens Police Academy, and 20-30 teenagers for Student Traffic Awareness Training (S.T.A.T.) classes held 3 times per year. We assist with several other outreach events throughout the year to include Coffee With a Cop, Pizza With Police, Hop With A Cop, Child Safety Events, and National Night Out.
