Congratulations to BMC Bakes in Harrisonburg on their recent loan closing. BMC Bakes is an entirely gluten free bakery established in 2022, originating from their founder's apartment kitchen. Initially operating as a home-based bakery, they built a dedicated customer base that highlighted the need for allergy friendly options in our the Central Shenandoah Valley.
