Looking for a way to help those kids and teens release some of those summer time wiggles? Join us tonight at Kennedy Library for a Glow Dance Party, open to families and kids of all ages! Put on your brightest neon, get you face painted, and dance the night away! 3:30-4:30pm Tuesday, teens 11-18 can sing their hearts out at Maring-Hunt Library in The Fort at our open mic/karaoke night! 4-6pm Ages 6-17 can be a part of the Youth Social Club every Monday through Thursday from 3-5:30pm at Connection Corner. What are you doing in exactly one week? Don’t know for sure? Well, as always, we have a suggestion, actually three suggestions for Saturday, June 7 and we challenge you to squeeze all three into a single jam-packed day! Suggestion 1: Visit the WIPB-TV Be My Neighbor Day with Daniel Tiger at Canan Commons from 1-4 pm. The free event for all ages will feature games, info from community organizations, and a visit from the one and only Daniel Tiger (spoiler alert—he is much bigger in person.) Suggestion 2: Go to the Muncie Public Library Summer Reading Program Kick Off Party at Kennedy Library from 2-4 pm. Get signed up for summer reading, enjoy free refreshments, a foam party, face painting, and fun and games. Suggestion 3: Attend the We Fly Fest at the BSU Brown Family Amphitheater on the BSU campus from 5-8pm. Enjoy campus tours, food, fun, a free concert, and giveaways.
