On this anniversary of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s assassination, we at MARCC continue to be inspired by his tireless struggle for freedom and equality for Black Americans and for a society based on peace with justice. It was also on this day in 1968 that MARCC first emerged to contribute to efforts to make Cincinnati a more racially just city. (We hope you enjoy the photos of a document from the MARCC archive!) While there is still much work to do, we take heart by the opportunity to work with so many individuals and congregations across the metropolitan area in favor of peace and social justice NOW.
