151 Lifeguards. 13 YMCA Branches. 1 Mission: Safety. 🛟☀️ We brought our amazing lifeguards — plus our friends from the Springfield YMCA — together at the Kroger Aquatic Center for our annual All-Staff Inservice this past weekend! 💦 2.5 hours of rescue drills, teamwork, and sharpening skills to get ready for day camps and outdoor pool season. Our guards train monthly, but once a year we unite to level up — and it shows! Huge shoutout to this dedicated team keeping our communities safe, all year long.
