University of Dayton Sigma Chi The Iota Theta Chapter of The Sigma Chi Fraternity Sigma Chi at the University ofDayton Founded at the University of Dayton in 1988 the Iota Theta I Chapter of the Sigma Chi Fraternity boasts over 600 accomplished alumni who can be found all over the world in many different fields of endeavor. The Iota Theta Chapter of Sigma Chi has been in continuous operation longer than any other fraternity on campus. The chapter houseat 461 Kiefaberis the universitys first and only house built specifically for a fraternity. The Brothers of Sigma Chi at the University of Dayton have distinguished themselves as men dedicated to the service of their university their community and their country through devotion to the principles of Sigma Chi.
