WISCONSIN LEADERSHIP SEMINARS INC
Wisconsin Leadership Seminars Identify outstanding high school sophomores throughout Wisconsin for being responsible citizens in their community and/or school and provide them with the opportunity & encouragement to recognize their leadership potential. We fulfill this mission through an annual 3-day leadership seminar that is provided at no cost to the students or schools. WILS encourages leadership development through emphasis on our four pillars: Responsibility, Service, Inclusiveness & Decision Making. After the seminar, participants become members of the WILS Alumni Association where they are able to continue on a path that fosters the growth & development of their leadership skills, volunteerism, & community involvement by participating in leadership retreats and volunteering over 1,400 hours together annually.

If you are at least 21 years old and passionate about WILS, we would love you to consider joining the WILS Board of Directors. Our annual elections are coming up on Tuesday, September 9 at our annual kickoff meeting from 6:30-9pm on Zoom. Our Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the policies, funding, budgeting, and all events of WILS.
