In a major win for tenant rights the Los Angeles City Council voted unanimously on October 30th to dramatically strengthen the citys Tenant AntiHarassment Ordinance with powerful new protections including mandatory fines triple damages for willful harassment and required attorney fee payments for successful tenant cases.
