We’re pleased to again support the Maine Coast Fishermen's Association’s annual ‘Just for the Halibut ‘event on June 5th at Primo Restaurant in Rockland! The evening is all about halibut and celebrating local with Chef Melissa Kelly preparing delicious halibut bites, stories of the sea from Maine fisherman Gerry Cushman, a farm tour to of Primo's commitment to sourcing local, learning about the science and management of halibut and a demonstration from Chef cutting a halibut for guests to be able to take home a fillet of of their own.
