Wheels for Winners is a non-profit, earn-a-bike organization. Individuals in the Madison Wisconsin area perform 10 hours of volunteer community service to earn great bikes. See our website for regular hours and holiday closures. The specific objectives and purposes of Wheels for Winners are:la. To provide youth an opportunity to earn bicycles while becoming responsible and active members of the community.1 b. To provide bicycles for youth and adults who could not normally afford them and to insist on a commitment to community service to earn these bicycles.2. To encourage greater community and family involvement in youth cycling.3. To promote an increased awareness of safety among youth.4. To educate youth in the repair, maintenance and safe use of bicycles.5. To recycle used bicycles back into the community in a way that promotes positivecommunity values.
